The Gastronomic Restaurant proposes a traditional Italian cuisine, providing more attention to the way food is prepared and served, instead of its name. A refined “theater” of good Italian taste, the restaurant is designed to create a real staging, with a “tunnel” glass that emphasizes the arrival of the waiters and a sort of “altar” where the Chef exposes guests the ultimate refinement of the dishes. The environment and the atmosphere of the restaurant, furnished with works of art ranging from the 17th to the 19th century, were inspired by the Italian neo-classical style, with hand painted ceiling and fine woods floors. The restaurant is enriched with the beautiful private garden of Palazzo Parigi: a rare green oasis to enjoy a dinner in Spring and Summer or just relax away from the bustle of the city.
