In this episode, we head over to Teahupo’o where Captain Cindy Drollet from Teahupo’o Tahiti Surfari, brings us to the ‘most feared wave in the world’ so that we can experience it for ourselves. Ok, they are much more “fun-sized” waves in the low season, but that suited us just fine – we were all about the backdrop! We then went on a short coastal hike to climb through some lava tubes and jump in waterfalls before a barbecue on the boat and time to reflect on the way home…
We had a great chat with Cindy about the forthcoming Olympics, how she helps pro surfers like Kelly Slater, Rob Machado and more during tournaments and much more. We will release this episode in the coming days so please do subscribe to be the first to know.
